How do I care for my Aparo Official pieces?
We recommend cold wash with mild detergent, no bleach or tumble dry, and low heat iron — with specific care instructions on each garment label.
Will colors look the same in person as online?
We aim to display colors as accurately as possible. Slight differences may occur due to lighting and individual screen settings.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some of our pieces are limited runs, but we do restock popular items. Sign up for restock notifications on the product page or follow us on Instagram for updates.
How do I place an order?

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled as we process all orders immediately to ensure timely delivery.
How can I check my order status?
You’ll receive email updates once your order is shipped. Tracking details are also available in your account.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Delivery times may vary depending on destination.
How much does shipping cost?
Singapore orders: Free shipping for orders above SGD 80. Standard local shipping fees of $4.90 apply for orders below this amount. International orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the weight of your parcel and delivery location.
How long does shipping take within Singapore?
Orders typically arrive within 3–4 business days after processing.
How long does international shipping take?
International orders usually take 7–14 business days, depending on the destination.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders come with a tracking link sent via email once your parcel has been shipped.
Do I need to pay customs duties/taxes for international orders?
Yes, customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. These vary by country.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted as long as the item is purchased directly from aparo-official.com and is in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached, and free from fragrance or deodorant. Each order is valid for a one-time return or exchange only.
How long do I have to make a return?
14 business days for Singapore orders; 45 business days for international orders.
What items are not eligible for return/exchange?
Sale or clearance items; purchases made with special promotional codes; items purchased with store credits; and items returned in unsuitable condition (e.g., worn, washed, altered, or with scent).
How do I start a return or exchange?
  1. Email us at hello@aparo-official.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. We’ll reply with instructions and a return address.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. (Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.)
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange
How long will it take to process my refund/exchange?
Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Refunds are issued as store credits (valid for 6 months, redeemable online). For exchanges, you may choose a new item of equal or higher value (top-ups apply if higher). Please note we are unable to refund if the exchange item is of lower value.
What if I received a defective, missing, or wrong item?
We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience. Please email hello@aparo-official.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and product details. Kindly keep the item in its original condition. For your peace of mind, all parcels are packed under CCTV recording. If there’s ever an issue with a missing, wrong, or defective item, we’ll review the footage to confirm what was packed and work quickly to resolve the matter fairly.
